This month we are discovering how just one small step can have a profound effect on a person’s health, if we give it enough time.
Often, we think that in order to achieve full and good health we must totally commit to the ‘healthy lifestyle’ and remove any bad habits and choices from our life.
The good news is that this is not true. In fact, it is the opposite! The only thing we really need to commit to in health is the concept of time. We all know the phrase; ‘things just take time’ but in health nothing is truer.
So, if we are to make a considerable change there are just 3 areas to consider:
Physical, Chemical and Emotional.
Make one small change in each of these areas and commit to it for long enough, then health improvement will be predictable.
“How long does this take?” I hear you ask.
We know that the human body regenerates itself over a process of about 7 years and our organs much faster, about 18months. Therefore, to really make change on a cellular level to the body, the process will take at least 18 months.
So if you want to really change your health for good in a simple way, choose to commit to the small changes over a longer period of time, and you will see it happen.
