Chiropractic New Patient Consultation

Your New Patient Experience forms the first part of your Epoch journey.

These initial appointments have been designed to find out exactly what is going on, to help us give you the best care possible whilst also providing you with the knowledge and tools to help yourself through your care quickly and successfully.

  1. The first appointment is your new patient Initial Consultation which takes up to 60 minutes*. This is where your chiropractor will go through your health history, carry out a chiropractic exam and take any scans or x-rays required (x-rays will be taken if necessary based on individual circumstances. This will be discussed at the time and will only be taken with your consent).

  2. The second part if your Orientation visit. This is your introduction to chiropractic, and these fun and informative 30-minute workshops are run weekly at the centre, offering you all the tools to achieve faster health from your care, as well as supporting yourself at home. You are welcome to attend this before or following your initial visits. Book onto the next workshop here.

  3. The third part is your individual Report of Findings which is a shorter appointment up to 20-30 minutes*. Your chiropractor will discuss what they have found, how they can help and set out a plan for you.

For all of these appointments (Initial Consultation, Orientation, and Report of Findings visit), they are just £92 in total.

£45 of the payment is held as a deposit against re-scheduled, missed or late cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Please note this fee does not include your first adjustment.

We are very flexible with appointments so if you do need to change your times we will do our best to accommodate. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your Initial Consultation appointment. Appointments missed, rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours will incur the loss of the £45 deposit.
