
Recently, I slipped with my own health, yes, even me.
We are all human, and from time to time we fall off track. But do not let that reality become an excuse not to get back on track.
Here are my top three tips:
1. Schedule it
If it is not scheduled, it will not happen. Plan your exercise and health habits into your week.
Start with something achievable, even three times per week.
2. Create an anchor habit
One healthy habit creates momentum for others. A healthy breakfast, exercise, or preparing nutritious food can anchor your day.
Build from small wins.
3. Make it hard to fail
Control your environment. Remove temptations. Make healthy choices easy and unhealthy choices inconvenient.
Simple changes create powerful results.
