
This week’s blog won’t be long, but I assure you it is a great one. Life can be full of worry and doubt, this week’s blog will help you out.
We all feel a spectrum of emotions, from happiness, to fear, and loneliness to love. But there is one emotion that plagues us all, sometimes in big ways and sometimes small.
That emotion can be crippling and cruel, it’s known as anxiety and affects us all. But there is a positive twist to this emotional tale, for there is another emotion that can defeat this devil.
For all our emotions sit on a pin wheel, each with an equal and opposite state, to the point they can not coexist, meaning it can be the anxieties fate.
The emotion that trumps this captivating feeling is known as gratitude, which is where you begin the healing. Each day take a moment or two, pause and reflect on what is true. We all have a lot to be thankful for. Spending time in gratitude each day can keep anxiety outside the door.
So there you have it, peeps, my poetic calling has come. But in all seriousness. Take some time each day to be thankful and grateful for what you do have.
Gratitude is the opposite emotion to anxiety and the more we practice it the better we will feel and the stronger we can heal.
