Winter Wellness: Keeping Your Spine Happy as Temperatures Drop

As the days get shorter and the temperatures dip, many people notice their bodies tightening up. It’s no surprise, cold weather makes us naturally tense.

Shoulders creep up, posture stiffens, and before you know it you’re walking around like a snowman with a rucksack. But winter doesn’t have to mean aches, stiffness, or giving up on feeling your best.

One of the biggest winter wellness wins you can give yourself is simply keeping your spine moving. Movement helps your joints stay lubricated, your muscles stay warm, and your nervous system stay alert rather than stressed. Think of it as your internal central heating system, the more you move, the better it runs.
